Another Christmas favorite in our house. My mother would makes so many batches of this, we would run out of bowls. She would use the fluted tip of her press and make wreaths. My sister and I would then put red cinnamon dots on the cookies for bows. Mothers' Swedish Spritz Cookies1 cup sugar 4 cups flour 2 cups butter 2 tsp. Almond extract 1 egg Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, then flour gradually then Almond Extract and mix thoroughly. Fill cookie press and press. BAKE:10 - 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
